I was sitting in my lounge the other night with a cuppa doing some work on my lap-top. The movie channel was playing the movie “Tomorrowland” starring George Clooney, Britt Robertson and Hugh Laurie. I turned it on halfway through the movie and was only half watching it until near the end when it caught my attention. Now I don’t want to spoil it for anyone who hasn’t yet watched it but the basic idea is the Bad guy (Laurie) is trying to destroy the world, the good guy (Clooney) with the help of a teenage girl (Robertson) try to save it.
Standing on the bridge of his space ship/new world, Laurie turns to them and states
Let’s imagine. If you glimpsed the future and were frightened by what you saw, what would you do with that information? You would go to… Who? Politicians? Captains of industry? And how would you convince them? With data? Facts?
The only facts they won’t challenge are the ones that keep the wheels greased and the dollars rolling in. But what if… What if there was a way of skipping the middleman and putting the critical news directly into everyone’s head? The probability of widespread annihilation kept going up. The only way to stop it was to show it.
To scare people straight. Because what reasonable human being wouldn’t be galvanized by the potential destruction of everything they have ever known or loved?
To save civilization, I would show its collapse. But how do you think this vision was received? How do you think people responded to the prospect of imminent doom?
They gobbled it up, like a chocolate clair. They didn’t fear their demise, they repackaged it. It can be enjoyed as video games, as TV shows, books, movies. The entire world wholeheartedly embraced the apocalypse and sprinted towards it with gleeful abandon.
Meanwhile, your Earth was crumbling all around you. You’ve got simultaneous epidemics of obesity and starvation. Explain that one.
Bees and butterflies start to disappear. The glaciers melt. Algae blooms all around you. The coal mine canaries are dropping dead, and you won’t take the hint!
In every moment, there is the possibility of a better future. But you people won’t believe it. And because you won’t believe it, you won’t do what is necessary to make it a reality.
So you dwell on this terrible future, and you resign yourselves to it. For one reason, because that future doesn’t ask anything of you today.
These powerful words from a fictional movie really grabbed my attention and I started to wonder just how many people have given up and resigned themselves to a future that is less than fantastic? How many people have resigned themselves to a life of pain because their doctor told them there was nothing that could be done or resigned themselves to being alone because they believe they are too old to find love.
Have you resigned yourself to a life less than you had hoped for? Are you suffering from pain or illness and resigned yourself to the fact that this is as good as it gets? Are you sad and lonely and resigned yourself to this loneliness? Are you in an unhappy relationship or a job that doesn’t fulfil you?
Are you living in resignation? Have you given up on yourself, on your future and on the world?
In the 20th century we live life in the fast lane, rushing here and there, working long hours and struggling to make ends meet, whether they are the purse strings or the time strings, we rarely take time out for ourselves to give our body time to recover from life’s stresses, we reside to the fact that we must keep pushing and working hard and we give up on the “life fantastic” that we had hope for.
We spend the vast majority of our day with our nervous system in “Sympathetic” mode, on high alert to cope with the stresses and challenges of life, rarely giving our system time to turn off and revert to “Parasympathetic” mode to recover, and then we wonder why we are unwell, in pain and unhappy.
Whilst we may be living longer, is it really quality of life? When was the last time you stopped and smelt the roses, played with your kids instead of disciplining them or racing them off somewhere, sat and had a cuppa and chat with an elderly stranger, watched the sun rise or set, read a book or had a genuine belly laugh? When was the last time you were truly kind to yourself or have you given up because it is just too hard to find a solution to your discomfort?
NES therapy is powerful and can bring about profound changes in your well-being. However, it is important to help yourself to maximise this process. Change will involve letting go of something old (eg: pain, sickness, tiredness, toxins and emotional issues) and take on something new (feeling better, fitter and of clearer mind). This effective ‘spring clean’ of your body (preparing for the new) involves the processes of ‘detoxification’ – the dislodging of toxins of a physical, emotional or memory nature from their refuge and the elimination’ and ‘letting go’ (excretion) of those toxins from the body.
The effectiveness of any activity is enhanced if you set a goal and identify what you wish to achieve. By bearing in mind your health goals as you take the NES drops, you will help to focus the process of change. It is also important to realise that you are a partner with your practitioner, in getting back to full health; therefore, the more you learn and put into practice about health, the better!
There are a couple of sayings that my Mum used to say when I was growing up that come to mind in situations of despair “God helps those who help themselves” and “Where there is Life, there is hope”. In other words: keep going and make your own Good Luck!

You’ve probably been hearing a lot of this right now, as the cold and flu season grabs hold.
What Weakens the Immune System?
Immunity can be compromised in many ways. The primary condition that reduces immune function is feeling stress, including mental stress (too much work), emotional stress (fears, including the fear of getting sick!), and physical stress (typically from sports). Other immune-weakening conditions include an inadequate diet, insufficient sleep, and exposure to chemical toxins.
When we retreat indoors in Autumn, we reduce the amount of fresh air and sunshine we get, which also compromises the immune system. A further assault is indoor heating, which creates dryer air. This has a dehydrating effect on our mucous membranes, especially in the respiratory system.
So how can NES Infoceuticals help fend off colds and the flu?
Here Are Some Suggestions …
1. Get sunlight for at least 15 minutes each morning, ideally between 10 a.m. and noon when we get the best light spectrum from the sun. This keeps us awake and feeling energized, so we feel happy instead of becoming depressed.
2. Go to bed earlier, and avoid artificial light as much as possible in the evening.
3. Don’t eat high-glycemic index carbohydrates or sugar in the evening. Instead, have more herbal tea.
4. Eat fat, such as pastured butter and coconut oil. If we were hibernating animals, this is the time we would start living on fat instead of on carbohydrates.
5. Be in the cold. For two hours every day, expose your face to the cold air outside, below 15 degrees Celsius / 59 degrees Fahrenheit. This will keep your fat metabolism running and create enough energy to power your immune system.
Boost Immunity with Infoceuticals
Source, CFI, Day and Night
Source: The natural source for Source energy is fresh air, negatively charged, which we breathe and store in our kidneys. Do breathing exercises, and try to get fresh air. When you can’t get outside, use Source energy as a replacement.
CFI (Cold, Flu, Influenza): When you catch a cold or get the flu, start taking 15 drops of CFI a few times a day to get through it quickly.
Day and Night: These two may both be used to promote the right metabolism for day and night, especially during the times of the year when we are all indoors more and subject to a lot of artificial light. Also, remember to drink enough water!
Taking The Infoceuticals
Generally, you can take these Infoceuticals once a day in doses of 9 or 15 drops at a time (28 drops maximum).
